Get Up and Go Meal Ideas - Friday

Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 Country Harvest Whole Wheat bagel, toasted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup skim or 1% M.F. milk
  • 1 cup water, tea or coffee

Morning Snack

  • 1/2 cup seasonal fruit salad
  • 1 small low-fat raspberry bran muffin

Lunch

  • 1/2 cup vegetable juice
  • Chickpea and fruit salad made with 1/2 cup chickpeas, 10 grapes, 1/2 apple, 1/2 celery stalk, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp homemade dressing (2 tsp walnut oil and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 slice Country Harvest Whole Wheat bread
  • 3/4 cup your choice of yogourt (< 2% M.F.)

Afternoon Snack

  • 4 tbsp dried fruit and nut mix
