Get Up and Go Meal Ideas - Thursday
Breakfast
- 1/2 cup seasonal fruit salad
- 2 slices Country Harvest Oat & Honey bread, toasted
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- 3/4 cup your choice of yogourt (< 2% M.F.)
- 1 cup water, tea or coffee
Morning Snack
- 1 cup your choice of fruit
Lunch
- 1 Uptown Turkey Sandwich with Country Harvest Stone Milled 100% Whole Wheat bread
- 1 cup raw celery and carrot sticks
- 2 small low-fat date cookies
- 1 cup skim or 1% M.F. milk
Afternoon Snack
- whipped fruit tofu made from 3 oz soft tofu, 1/2 cup skim or 1% M.F. milk, 1/2 cup your choice of frozen fruit and 2 tsp honey
Dinner
- 4 oz roast beef with cooking juices
- 3/4 cup wild rice sprinkled with roast beef cooking juices
- 1 cup roasted bell peppers and mushrooms
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup water, tea or coffee
