Get Up and Go Meal Ideas - Thursday

Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup seasonal fruit salad
  • 2 slices Country Harvest Oat & Honey bread, toasted
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 3/4 cup your choice of yogourt (< 2% M.F.)
  • 1 cup water, tea or coffee

Morning Snack

  • 1 cup your choice of fruit

Lunch

Afternoon Snack

  • whipped fruit tofu made from 3 oz soft tofu, 1/2 cup skim or 1% M.F. milk, 1/2 cup your choice of frozen fruit and 2 tsp honey

Dinner

  • 4 oz roast beef with cooking juices
  • 3/4 cup wild rice sprinkled with roast beef cooking juices
  • 1 cup roasted bell peppers and mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup water, tea or coffee
