Ingredients
| 4 slices Oats & Honey | |
| 2 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds (sprinkle ½ a tbsp. on each slice) | |
| 1 tsp. of coconut oil | |
| 1 tsp. of pumpkin spice | |
| 4 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds butter | |
| 4 tbsp. of your favorite granola | |
| Optional honey to drizzle | 
How to make
| 1. | Set oven to 400°F or place frying pan on stove at medium heat | 
| 2. | In a small bowl mix together pumpkin seeds, coconut oil and pumpkin spice | 
| 3. | Using a non-stick baking sheet or frying pan toast seeds until golden brown, fragrant and crunchy. About 8-10 minutes (watching to ensure they don’t burn). | 
| 4. | Place your Country Harvest®™ Oats & Honey bread in the toaster | 
| 5. | Place the toasted bread on a flat surface or a cutting board. Spread a 1 tbsp. of pumpkin seed butter on each slice topping with 1 tbsp. of the toasted pumpkin seeds, tbsp. of granola and drizzle with honey. |
