Ingredients
1 Cinnamon Raisin | |
6 of large eggs | |
1 cup of 2% Milk or Half & Half | |
2 tbsp. of Maple syrup | |
1 tsp. of Vanilla extract | |
1/2 cup of chopped Pecans |
How to make
1. | Preheat oven to 350°F. |
2. | Arrange bread slices on a greased or non-stick baking pan (15x 10x 1-in). |
3. | Whisk egg, milk, syrup and vanilla in a bowl and pour over the bread, sprinkle with nuts. |
4. | Bake for 25-30 minute or until cooked through. Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes before serving. |
5. | Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. |
