Ingredients
| 1 loaf of Herb & Garlic | |
| 6 Hotdogs | |
| 1/4 lb. shaved ham of Canadian bacon | |
| 1 green bell pepper | |
| 1 cup tomato sauce | |
| 1 cup breadcrumbs (Use the bread crusts) | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 2 tbsp. olive oil | |
| 1 cup of shredded cheese |
How to make
| 1. | Begin by boiling the hotdogs for 5 minutes. Once the hotdogs are cooked remove them from the heat and allow them to cool, before cutting into strips. |
| 2. | Cut the ham into strips and place in a frying pan over medium heat until the meat is lightly browned. About 3-5 minutes. |
| 3. | Cut the crusts off of each slice of bread and set aside. Using a rolling pin to roll out each slice of bread. |
| 4. | Start assembling the pizza rolls. Begin with a slice of flattened bread, spread about 1 tbsp. of tomato sauce add the sliced hotdog, ham, bell pepper and sprinkle cheese. |
| 5. | Roll up each piece of bread carefully, ensuring all the topping stay together. Repeat this step with the remaining bread and toppings. |
| 6. | In a bowl, crack and whisk egg. |
| 7. | Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl for breading. |
| 8. | Dip each pizza roll in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step until all the pizza rolls are finished. |
| 9. | Place olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. |
| 10. | Fry each pizza roll until golden brown and crispy about 3-5 minutes. |
| 11. | Serve with ranch or a side of Marianna sauce and enjoy. |
