Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. In a non-stick frying pan melt 1/3 of the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the first two slices of Country Harvest™ 14 grains bread and top with half the brie.
  3. Dab the brie with the cranberry sauce (to taste).
  4. Spread 1/3 of the butter on the top two slices before topping each bottom layer. When the bottom is golden brown, flip.
  5. On top of the toasted side, add the remaining brie and cranberry sauce, topping with the third slice of bread.
  6. Spread the remaining butter on the top slices of bread.
  7. When the bottom is golden, flip and cook until golden and melted.
