Turkey Sandwiches with Kimchi Slaw and Miso Sauce

For Kimchi slaw

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) very thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. (10ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) thinly sliced kimchi

For the yogurt spread

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. (30ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 (23ml) tbsp. white miso

For the sandwich:


  1. In a medium bowl combine cabbage, vinegar, and sesame oil, toss well to coat. Add kimchi, toss well to combine. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, olive oil, and miso until smooth.
  3. Spread evenly divided yogurt mixture on each of 4 sliced of Country Harvest™ No Sugar Added White With Whole Grains Bread.
  4. Top each slice with evenly divided sliced skinless roasted turkey breast. 
  5. Top the turkey with evenly divided kimchi slaw.
  6. Cover with remaining 4 slices of the Country Harvest™ No Sugar Added White With Whole Grains Bread
  7. Slice each sandwich and enjoy.
