Ingredients

8 Slices Everything
2 tbsp. of light sour cream
2 tbsp. ranch salad dressing
1/4 tsp. ground chipotle powder
8 oz. thinly sliced cooked chicken breast
2 Roma tomatoes, trimmer and thinly sliced crosswise
4 sliced of cooked bacon
1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Nonstick cooking spray

How to make

1. In a bowl stir together sour cream, ranch dressing and chipotle pepper. Spread one side of each bread slice with the chipotle cream. Top one slice of bread with chicken, tomato, bacon, spinach leaves and cheese, then added the second bread slice.
2. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and press down cooking on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
3. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.
