Ingredients
6 slices of Ancient Grains with Red Fife | |
2 eggs | |
4 slices bacon | |
romaine lettuce hearts | |
1 tomato, sliced | |
2 square slices Monterey Jack cheese | |
mayonnaise | |
salt & pepper |
How to make
1. | Cook bacon in pan or on griddle over medium heat until fully cooked and crispy on both sides. Once done, place on paper-towel lined plate and remove grease. |
2. | Cook eggs in your pan until desired doneness, 2-6 minutes. Once done, lightly salt and add pepper to taste. |
3. | As your eggs are cooking, spread mayonnaise evenly on four slices of Country Harvest™ Ancient Grain Bread. Top two slices of that bread with lettuce, tomato slices, bacon and cheese. |
4. | Take the two remaining slices of bread spread with mayonnaise and place on top of each. Top each with one egg and more bacon. Place a final slice of bread on top of each, plate and enjoy! |
