6 slices of Ancient Grains & Red Fife
2 eggs
4 slices bacon
romaine lettuce hearts
1 tomato, sliced
2 square slices Monterey Jack cheese
mayonnaise
salt & pepper

How to make

1. Cook bacon in pan or on griddle over medium heat until fully cooked and crispy on both sides. Once done, place on paper-towel lined plate and remove grease.
2. Cook eggs in your pan until desired doneness, 2-6 minutes. Once done, lightly salt and add pepper to taste.
3. As your eggs are cooking, spread mayonnaise evenly on four slices of Country Harvest™ Ancient Grain Bread. Top two slices of that bread with lettuce, tomato slices, bacon and cheese.
4. Take the two remaining slices of bread spread with mayonnaise and place on top of each. Top each with one egg and more bacon. Place a final slice of bread on top of each, plate and enjoy!
