1 Cinnamon Raisin
6 of large eggs
1 cup of 2% Milk or Half & Half
2 tbsp. of Maple syrup
1 tsp. of Vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped Pecans

How to make

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Arrange bread slices on a greased or non-stick baking pan (15x 10x 1-in).
3. Whisk egg, milk, syrup and vanilla in a bowl and pour over the bread, sprinkle with nuts.
4. Bake for 25-30 minute or until cooked through. Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes before serving.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
