Ingredients

  • 2 bagels Everything Bagels
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. With the rack in the middle position, set the Country Harvest™ Everything Bagels on a cutting board and slice lengthwise into thin slices.
  3. Place the Country Harvest™ Everything Bagel slices on a baking sheet. Brush the top of the slices with the spiced oil. Turn the slices over and brush the bottom of the slices with the spiced oil.
  4. Season the oiled Country Harvest™ Everything Bagel slices with salt. Bake for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Set aside to let cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Serve with dips such as hummus or as an accompaniment to soup.
