Ingredients
| 4 slices of Oats & Honey | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1/4 cup of milk | |
| 1 tbsp. of brown sugar | |
| 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon | |
| Pinch of nutmeg | |
| 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract | |
| 2 tbsp. of cream cheese | |
| 1 tbsp. of strawberry jam |
How to make
| 1. | In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well |
| 2. | In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese and jam. |
| 3. | Place a large frying pan on the stove over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and place in the heated pan. |
| 4. | Cook for about 3 minutes on one side or until the bread is toasted and golden brown before flipping and cooking the other side. |
| 5. | Once all the slices of bread are cooked. Spread half the filling on the slice of bread in the pan and then place a piece of French toast on top of the filling. Gently press the pieces of toast together. Repeat this step with the remaining ingredients. |
| 6. | Place the French toast on a plate. Serve with maple syrup and berries. |
