Ingredients

4 slices of Oats & Honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp. of brown sugar
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 tbsp. of cream cheese
1 tbsp. of strawberry jam

Ingredients

4 slices of Oats & Honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp. of brown sugar
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon

2 tbsp. of cream cheese
1 tbsp. of strawberry jam

How to make

1. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well
2. In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese and jam.
3. Place a large frying pan on the stove over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and place in the heated pan.
4. Cook for about 3 minutes on one side or until the bread is toasted and golden brown before flipping and cooking the other side.
5. Once all the slices of bread are cooked. Spread half the filling on the slice of bread in the pan and then place a piece of French toast on top of the filling. Gently press the pieces of toast together. Repeat this step with the remaining ingredients.
6. Place the French toast on a plate. Serve with maple syrup and berries.
