Ingredients
| 2 slices of Herb & Garlic | |
| 2 tbsp. of butter | |
| 4 cups of sliced Baby Bella or Cremini mushrooms | |
| 3 cloves of garlic, minced | |
| 2 tbsp. of whole grain Dijon mustard | |
| 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese | |
| 1 tsp. of fresh thyme leaves | |
| Salt & Pepper |
How to make
| 1. | Set oven to 400°F. |
| 2. | In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Add mushrooms and allow them to sauté for 5 minutes, add in the garlic and stir often until the mushrooms are brown and the water has evaporated. |
| 3. | Spread the mustard evenly on each slice of bread before topping with the sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese on top of the mushrooms and place the bread on a non-stick baking sheet. |
| 4. | Place the baking sheet in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted. |
| 5. | Sprinkle with thyme, season with salt & pepper. |
| 6. | Enjoy. |
