Ingredients

2 slices of Herb & Garlic
2 tbsp. of butter
4 cups of sliced Baby Bella or Cremini mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. of whole grain Dijon mustard
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. of fresh thyme leaves
Salt & Pepper

1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. of fresh thyme leaves

How to make

1. Set oven to 400°F.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Add mushrooms and allow them to sauté for 5 minutes, add in the garlic and stir often until the mushrooms are brown and the water has evaporated.
3. Spread the mustard evenly on each slice of bread before topping with the sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese on top of the mushrooms and place the bread on a non-stick baking sheet.
4. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
5. Sprinkle with thyme, season with salt & pepper.
6. Enjoy.
