Ingredients

1 loaf of Herb & Garlic
6 Hotdogs
1/4 lb. shaved ham of Canadian bacon
1 green bell pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs (Use the bread crusts)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup of shredded cheese

1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs (Use the bread crusts)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup of shredded cheese

How to make

1. Begin by boiling the hotdogs for 5 minutes. Once the hotdogs are cooked remove them from the heat and allow them to cool, before cutting into strips.
2. Cut the ham into strips and place in a frying pan over medium heat until the meat is lightly browned. About 3-5 minutes.
3. Cut the crusts off of each slice of bread and set aside. Using a rolling pin to roll out each slice of bread.
4. Start assembling the pizza rolls. Begin with a slice of flattened bread, spread about 1 tbsp. of tomato sauce add the sliced hotdog, ham, bell pepper and sprinkle cheese.
5. Roll up each piece of bread carefully, ensuring all the topping stay together. Repeat this step with the remaining bread and toppings.
6. In a bowl, crack and whisk egg.
7. Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl for breading.
8. Dip each pizza roll in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step until all the pizza rolls are finished.
9. Place olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
10. Fry each pizza roll until golden brown and crispy about 3-5 minutes.
11. Serve with ranch or a side of Marianna sauce and enjoy.
