Ingredients
2 bagels Sourdough w/ Whole Grains | |
8 thin slices smoked salmon or lox | |
4 ounces cream cheese, softened | |
1/2 red onion thinly sliced | |
2 tablespoons capers, drained and divided | |
salt and pepper to taste |
How to make
1. | Slice and toast bagels. |
2. | Evenly spread cream cheese on bottom of both bagels. |
3. | Top with sliced salmon or lox. |
4. | Top with capers and season with salt and pepper. |
5. | Finish sliced red onion and top half of bagel. |
