Ingredients

2 bagels Sourdough w/ Whole Grains
8 thin slices smoked salmon or lox
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons capers, drained and divided
salt and pepper to taste

2 bagels Sourdough w/ Whole Grains
8 thin slices smoked salmon or lox

How to make

1. Slice and toast bagels.
2. Evenly spread cream cheese on bottom of both bagels.
3. Top with sliced salmon or lox.
4. Top with capers and season with salt and pepper.
5. Finish sliced red onion and top half of bagel.
