Ingredients
| 4 Slices NSA Whole Wheat | |
| 1 Grilled Chicken breast | |
| 1 bunch Romaine Hearts, washed and chopped | |
| 1 Avocado, diced | |
| ½ cup Caesar Salad Dressing | |
| 4 tablespoons grated parmesan | |
| To Make Caesar Salad Dressing: Blend together and store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days | |
| ½ cup mayonnaise | |
| 1 medium garlic clove, minced | |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste | |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard | |
| ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/8 teaspoon fine salt | |
| 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
| 1 tablespoon water | |
| Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
How to make
| 1. | Grill one chicken breast over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. |
| 2. | To assemble sandwiches, lightly toast 4 slices of Country Harvest Everything Bread. |
| 3. | Add 2 tbsp. Caesar Salad dressing to one slice of Country Harvest Everything Bread. Evenly layer romaine, ½ grilled chicken breast and ½ diced avocado. Drizzle another 2 tbsp. Caesar salad dressing and sprinkle 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese. |
| 4. | Place second slice of bread on top to finish sandwich assembly. Repeat process to create second sandwich. |
| 5. | Slice each sandwich in half, serve and enjoy. |
