Ingredients

4 Slices NSA Whole Wheat
1 Grilled Chicken breast
1 bunch Romaine Hearts, washed and chopped
1 Avocado, diced
½ cup Caesar Salad Dressing
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
To Make Caesar Salad Dressing: Blend together and store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days
½ cup mayonnaise
1 medium garlic clove, minced 
2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon water
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How to make

1. Grill one chicken breast over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
2. To assemble sandwiches, lightly toast 4 slices of Country Harvest Everything Bread.
3. Add 2 tbsp. Caesar Salad dressing to one slice of Country Harvest Everything Bread. Evenly layer romaine, ½ grilled chicken breast and ½ diced avocado. Drizzle another 2 tbsp. Caesar salad dressing and sprinkle 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese.
4. Place second slice of bread on top to finish sandwich assembly. Repeat process to create second sandwich.
5. Slice each sandwich in half, serve and enjoy.
