Ingredients
2 Bagels Everything | |
4 tablespoons scallion black pepper cream cheese | |
4 slices peameal bacon | |
1 avocado, sliced | |
1 cup baby arugula, tossed in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt | |
To make scallion black pepper cream cheese, combine the ingredients below: | |
8 oz cream cheese | |
½ teaspoon black pepper | |
¼ teaspoon salt | |
2 tablespoons finely sliced scallions |
How to make
1. | Make scallion black pepper cream cheese and set it aside in the fridge. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days. |
2. | Fry 4 slices of peameal bacon in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. When done, set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. |
3. | Toss baby arugula in 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tsp salt. Set aside. |
4. | Lightly toast 2 Country Harvest Everything Bagels. |
5. | To the bottom half of each bagel, spread 2 tbsp. of scallion black pepper cream cheese. Splitting your remaining ingredients for each bagel, layer on peameal bacon, sliced avocado, and baby arugula. |
6. | Place the top of the bagel onto each sandwich to complete assembly. Slice each Everything Bagel sandwich, serve and enjoy! |
