Ingredients

2 Bagels Everything
4 tablespoons scallion black pepper cream cheese
4 slices peameal bacon
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup baby arugula, tossed in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt
To make scallion black pepper cream cheese, combine the ingredients below:
8 oz cream cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely sliced scallions

4 tablespoons scallion black pepper cream cheese
4 slices peameal bacon
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup baby arugula, tossed in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt
To make scallion black pepper cream cheese, combine the ingredients below:
8 oz cream cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely sliced scallions

How to make

1. Make scallion black pepper cream cheese and set it aside in the fridge. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
2. Fry 4 slices of peameal bacon in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. When done, set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
3. Toss baby arugula in 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
4. Lightly toast 2 Country Harvest Everything Bagels.
5. To the bottom half of each bagel, spread 2 tbsp. of scallion black pepper cream cheese. Splitting your remaining ingredients for each bagel, layer on peameal bacon, sliced avocado, and baby arugula.
6. Place the top of the bagel onto each sandwich to complete assembly. Slice each Everything Bagel sandwich, serve and enjoy!
