French Toast Sticks | |
4 Slices Cranberry & Oats | |
2 Eggs | |
½ teaspoon vanilla extract | |
1 teaspoon cinnamon | |
¼ teaspoon nutmeg | |
1 tablespoon sugar | |
2 tablespoons butter | |
¼ cup milk | |
¼ cup maple syrup, warmed | |
Greek Yogurt Parfait | |
Greek Yogurt | |
½ cup Blueberries | |
½ cup Strawberries, chopped | |
2 tablespoons dried cranberries | |
4 tablespoons granola |
How to make
1. | Wash berries and set aside |
2. | To prepare Greek Yogurt parfaits, add ¼ cup Greek yogurt into each serving cup. Layer on ¼ of berry mixture, 1 tbsp. granola and repeat the layering process again in each cup. Top each with 1 tbsp. dried cranberries. Place in fridge until ready to serve. |
3. | To make the French toast sticks, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl and set aside. |
4. | Slice each slice of Country Harvest Cranberry and Oats bread into 4 sticks. |
5. | Place butter on pan set to medium heat. |
6. | Fully coat each bread stick with egg mixture, fry lightly on all sides until golden brown. |
7. | Once French toast sticks are removed from pan, lightly sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar. Plate French toast sticks when complete. |
8. | Warm maple syrup in ramekin for dipping. |
9. | Serve with Greek yogurt parfaits and enjoy! |
