4 14 Grains Slices1/4 cup Greek Yogurt1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp Fresh tarragon leaves, chopped2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped1 tbsp Capers, rinsed and chopped1 clove Garlic, grated1.5 tsp Lemon zest1/4 cup Lemon juice1 Avocado, sliced1/4 tsp Salt1 cup watercress1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts.

- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- 1.5 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup watercress
- 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts

Combine yogurt, parsley, tarragon, chives, capers, garlic, lemon zest and 2 tbsp of lemon juice in a medium bowl and whisk until well mixed.Sprinkle avocado evenly with salt and the remaining 2 tbsp of lemon juice.Spread 2 heaping tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on 2 bread slices. Top each slice with 1/2 cup of watercress and cucumber, 4 slices of avocado and 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts.Top with remaining bread slices, cut in half and enjoy immediately.
