Ingredients

4 Slices 14 Grains
¼ cup packed fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon packed fresh tarragon leaves
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 ripe avocado
4 oz Havarti cheese, sliced
¼ easpoon each salt and pepper
1 cucumber, sliced
2 small zucchini shaved into wide ribbons
¼ cup broccoli or alfalfa sprouts

Ingredients

4 oz Havarti cheese, sliced

How to make

1. To prepare ingredients, wash, slice, shave and chop all veggies as directed. Slice Havarti cheese. Mash 1 avocado in small bowl and set aside
2. Begin assembling sandwich by spreading ½ of your avocado mixture on to two slices of Country Harvest 14-Grain Bread. Layer on ½ of your Havarti Cheese slices on to one slice of bread. Add ½ of all your remaining ingredients, Add your second bread slice on top.
3. Repeat process to create second sandwich. Cut both sandwich in half, serve and enjoy!
