Ingredients

BAGEL CHIPS
4 Everything Bagels
2 tbs olive oil
Salt to taste
CREAM CHEESE BOARD
250g or 2 cups of softened plain cream cheese
4 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
2 tbsp capers
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
Salt and pepper to taste

How to make

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F with the oven rack in the middle position
2. Set the Country Harvest ®™ Everything Bagels on a cutting board and slice length wise into thin slices.
3. Place the bagel slices on a baking sheet. Both sides of the bagel chips and sprinkle with salt.
4. Put in the oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until lightly golden and crispy. Set aside to cool and serve.
5. Using a large wooden board spread soften cream cheese in small brush strokes using a spatula across the board until it is completed covered.
6. Finely cut the smoke salmon and place small pieces all over the board.
7. Sprinkle capers, thinly slice red onion scallions, sesame seeds a lemon zest.

9. Serve with the bagel chips and enjoy.
