Ingredients
4 Slices NSA White with Whole Grains | |
4 tbsp. of mayonnaise | |
6 tbsp. of cranberry sauce | |
4 oz. of cooked turkey | |
3 oz. of leftover stuffing | |
8 slices of brie | |
4 tbsp. of coleslaw or sauerkraut |
How to make
1. | Place bread on a large cutting board and spread the outside with mayonnaise. |
2. | Spread 1 tbsp. of cranberry sauce on the inside of each slice and divide the turkey and stuffing between 2 of the slices. Spoon the reaming cranberry sauce over the turkey & stuffing followed by the brie. |
3. | Add the coleslaw or sauerkraut and top to the remaining 2 slices of bread. |
4. | Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat spraying with a little bit of cooking oil. Fry the sandwiches pushing them down with a clean plate, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until really golden and crisp. |
5. | Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a pickle or some additional coleslaw. |
