Ingredients

4 Slices NSA White with Whole Grains
4 tbsp. of mayonnaise
6 tbsp. of cranberry sauce
4 oz. of cooked turkey
3 oz. of leftover stuffing
8 slices of brie
4 tbsp. of coleslaw or sauerkraut

How to make

1. Place bread on a large cutting board and spread the outside with mayonnaise.
2. Spread 1 tbsp. of cranberry sauce on the inside of each slice and divide the turkey and stuffing between 2 of the slices. Spoon the reaming cranberry sauce over the turkey & stuffing followed by the brie.
3. Add the coleslaw or sauerkraut and top to the remaining 2 slices of bread.
4. Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat spraying with a little bit of cooking oil. Fry the sandwiches pushing them down with a clean plate, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until really golden and crisp.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a pickle or some additional coleslaw.
