CAB- Crab, Avocado & Bagel sandwiches

Ingredients
| 4 Everything Bagels | |
| 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise | |
| 1 stick of celery, finely chopped | |
| 1/2 lemon, juiced | |
| 1 tbsp. of chopped tarragon | |
| 100 g of white crabmeat | |
| 1 avocado dices | |
| Butter, softened | |
| A few sprigs watercress lettuce | |
| A pinch of cayenne pepper |
How to make
| 1. | In a medium sized bowl put mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, tarragon. |
| 2. | Season and stir mixture well before adding in the crab and avocado. |
| 3. | Split the bagels in half and place in the toaster. |
| 4. | Once toasted spread the inside of the bagel with butter. |
| 5. | Spoon the crab mix on to the bottom half of each bagel. |
| 6. | Place a little watercress lettuce on top of the crab mixture and add the bagel top. |
| 7. | Slice in half and serve. |
