Our recipes include nourishing selections such as oats, barley, wheat, flax, sunflower seeds and quinoa. Naturally good for you, our breads are high in fibre, protein and omega-3, low in trans fats, and have no artificial flavours or colours.
We have been baking a variety of breads for over 40 years – old favourites like 12 Grains, Ancient Grains, Stone Milled Wheat and new heartier Seeds & Grains and Farmer’s Bread.
Our breads are always baked with 100% Canadian wheat.
