Ingredients
- 3 slices Oats & Honey
- ½ cup of thick natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. of maple syrup
- ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
- Top with your fruit of choice or jam
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup.
- On a lined backing sheet using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, add a teaspoon of jam and top with the yogurt filling. Arrange the fruit in a heart shape.
- Place toast in the air fryer at 350 for 7 minutes or in the at 350◦F for 12 minutes until the filling is set.
- Top with raspberries in a heart shape if you are in the Valentine's Day mood. Slice and enjoy.
