French Toast Sticks4 Slices Cranberry & Oats2 Eggs½ teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon cinnamon¼ teaspoon nutmeg1 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoons butter¼ cup milk¼ cup maple syrup, warmedGreek Yogurt Parfait½ cup Blueberries½ cup Strawberries, chopped2 tablespoons dried cranberries4 tablespoons granola.

- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup, warmed
- Greek Yogurt Parfait
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 4 tablespoons granola

Wash berries and set asideTo prepare Greek Yogurt parfaits, add ¼ cup Greek yogurt into each serving cup. Layer on ¼ of berry mixture, 1 tbsp. granola and repeat the layering process again in each cup. Top each with 1 tbsp. dried cranberries. Place in fridge until ready to serve.To make the French toast sticks, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl and set aside.Slice each slice of Country Harvest Cranberry and Oats bread into 4 sticks.Place butter on pan set to medium heat.Fully coat each bread stick with egg mixture, fry lightly on all sides until golden brown.Once French toast sticks are removed from pan, lightly sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar. Plate French toast sticks when complete.Warm maple syrup in ramekin for dipping.Serve with Greek yogurt parfaits and enjoy!
