1 loaf of Country Harvest® Ancient Grains with Quinoa½ cup of butter ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning1 cup of pesto1 cup of parmesan cheese (shredded).
- 1 loaf of Country Harvest® Ancient Grains with Quinoa
- ½ cup of butter
- ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup of pesto
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese (shredded)

Place 2 non-stick lined baking sheets (if you don’t have non-stick feel free to line with tin foil).Preheat the oven to 400◦F.In a microwave safe bowl or on the stove melt butter and Italian seasonings.Using a brush lightly spread butter evenly across each piece of bread and then top with pesto. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the bread is crispy and lightly golden brown.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese place back in the oven under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Slice in halves or fourths and serve with soup, pasta, or as a quick and easy appetizer..
