Ingredients
| 2 tbsp (30ml) room temperature butter | |
| 6 slices 14 Grains | |
| 12 slice brie cheese | |
| ¼ cup (60ml) cranberry sauce or jelly |
How to make
| 1. | In a non-stick frying pan melt 1/3 of the butter over medium heat. |
| 2. | Add the first two slices of Country Harvest™ 14 grains bread and top with half the brie. |
| 3. | Dab the brie with the cranberry sauce (to taste). |
| 4. | Spread 1/3 of the butter on the top two slices before topping each bottom layer. When the bottom is golden brown, flip. |
| 5. | On top of the toasted side, add the remaining brie and cranberry sauce, topping with the third slice of bread. |
| 6. | Spread the remaining butter on the top slices of bread. |
| 7. | When the bottom is golden, flip and cook until golden and melted. |
