Ingredients
4 Slices 14 Grains | |
¼ cup packed fresh basil leaves | |
1 tablespoon packed fresh tarragon leaves | |
1 tablespoon chopped chives | |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil | |
1 ripe avocado | |
4 oz Havarti cheese, sliced | |
¼ easpoon each salt and pepper | |
1 cucumber, sliced | |
2 small zucchini shaved into wide ribbons | |
¼ cup broccoli or alfalfa sprouts |
How to make
1. | To prepare ingredients, wash, slice, shave and chop all veggies as directed. Slice Havarti cheese. Mash 1 avocado in small bowl and set aside |
2. | Begin assembling sandwich by spreading ½ of your avocado mixture on to two slices of Country Harvest 14-Grain Bread. Layer on ½ of your Havarti Cheese slices on to one slice of bread. Add ½ of all your remaining ingredients, Add your second bread slice on top. |
3. | Repeat process to create second sandwich. Cut both sandwich in half, serve and enjoy! |
